The company was initially incorporated on the 18th of September 1995. The company then changed its name to Zulac Engineering Sdn. Bhd. on the 15th of January 1999. Since then it has gained vast experience from dealing with government and private projects in the installation of mechanical equipment and services. The nature of business for the company involves the mechanical works for building services as follows:

3. Water pumping systems
4. Fire fighting systems
5. Kitchen equipment
6. Motor and generators
7. Other mechanical systems

This includes the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment and also the maintenance.
